Job Description

- Assist the Senior Associate Director with the planning and implementation of Performing Arts & Concert Series programs as well as connected educational and outreach components.

- Assist the Senior Associate Director with the planning and implementation of CIC driven special event programming on opening weekend and family weekends.

- Assist the Senior Associate Director with planning and execution of comprehensive marketing and promotion plan for Performing Arts & Concert Series events.

- Supervise 5 student workers – including but not limited to hiring/selection, training, and daily oversight

- Develops, plans, coordinates and implementation of one-time and regular / consistent programs in the Baker University center.

- Assists with the coordination and implementation programs for opening and special university weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Programmatic or related experience required.
