Pool Title Classics & World Religions - Discussion Leaders and/or Grader Part-Time Temp Non-Benefits Eligible
Position Summary

CLWR Difficult Dialogues: Religion, Gender, and Sexuality Discussion Leader:

Discussion leaders will prepare weekly assigned readings, attend weekly lectures and facilitate informed discussion during class sessions. Leaders will take attendance for their group of 15-20 students, and prepare 5-10 hours of reading outside of class, and meet for 3 hours of class per week.

CLWR Difficult Dialogues: Religion, Gender, and Sexuality Grader:

Graders will act as discussion leaders (with the same expectations and requirements). Additionally, Grader will be responsible for reading 40-50 journal entries per week and other graded course assignments through the semester.

Required Qualifications

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, with strong preference for graduate work and for experience leading discussions related to gender, sexuality, and/or religion with some experience in assisting with student writing.
