Pool Title Instructor of Anthropology, adjunct
Position Summary

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Ohio University is seeking to build its pool of approved instructors for the lecture course Introduction to Cultural Anthropology on its main campus in Athens, Ohio as well as its regional campuses. We currently have a specific need for an instructor for this course during the spring semester, January – April 2017.
Required Qualifications

(1) Ph.D. or ABD with Ph.D. dissertation research completed; (2) Ability to teach in person on the Athens, Ohio campus or one of the regional campuses.
Preferred Qualifications

(1) Ph.D. or ABD with Ph.D. dissertation research completed; (2) Established record of teaching effectiveness; (3) Ability to teach in person on the Athens, Ohio campus or one of the regional campuses.
