Pool Title Political Science - Part-time term, Non-tenure track
Position Summary

Applications to this pool will be utilized to fill part-time, non-tenure track, non-benefits eligible instructor positions as student demand dictates at the Athens campus. The number of courses in Political Science offered each semester is largely dependent on full-time faculty leave of absences and student demand. Therefore, we often have the need for part-time instructors with short notice. Such part-time positions will be filled utilizing qualified applicants from this pool.

Applicants will be accepted into the pool on an ongoing basis.

This instructor position will consist of teaching introductory courses related to Political Science and may include but not limited to American politics, political theory or international relations.

Required Qualifications

MA in Political Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

ABD or Ph.D. in Political Science or related field
